Are there other benefits to joining this program?

When you are approved for our financing (after successfully making your consecutive layaway payments) and receive your computer, we then begin to report monthly to all 3 credit bureaus on your behalf helping you build your positive credit history. After you successfully complete the program, you not only own a brand new state of the art computer, you also receive a good credit rating from our company that can act as a positive credit reference for other creditors and reflect on your record, helping you rebuild a positive credit history.

I don’t get paid weekly. May I pay according to my pay cycle?
Yes! You can pay for your product either weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), or semi-monthly (twice per month). Customers normally pay according to how they receive their income. So, for example, if you are paid semi-monthly (twice per month), simply choose the semi-monthly payment option when ordering. If you are paid every other week, simply choose the bi-weekly payment option.

Will I qualify if I have had past credit problems?
Yes. We don’t turn people down based upon past credit problems. We know how difficult establishing credit can be, or more importantly re-establishing credit that’s less than perfect. Our goal is to make your computer/merchandise purchase as pleasant and as accommodating as possible. You build your credit with us, which can help allow you to build your credit with others.

How long does it take to receive my computer?
You can get your computer as fast as you want. We don’t use past credit to determine whether or not you qualify. All that we ask is that you build a little history with us by making 5 weeks worth of consecutive layaway payments. Once approved, we process your order, custom build, test and ship your computer. Every system is out-of-the-box friendly and comes pre-loaded with Microsoft and Internet software.

Can payments be made early to receive my merchandise faster?
Yes! You can authorize additional payments at any time. Just call our Customer Care Department TOLL FREE at 866 747-4119. We will then draft your bank account for the extra amount you authorize. Many customers do this to expedite their process rather than wait.

How is my purchase (computer) shipped?
All of our products are shipped via UPS, DHL or FedEx. We only ship to U.S. addresses. If you live overseas, we can ship to your APO through the United States Postal Service.

What if I have questions about my computer?
When you purchase a computer from us, you will have at least a 2 year warranty and access to Toll Free technical support included at no additional charge.

Is this a used, refurbished or clone computer?
NO WAY! Unlike others, we ONLY provide BRAND NEW, TOP NAME BRAND computers/merchandise. Each computer has at least a 2 year warranty. We do not sell used equipment of any kind. Your computer comes with the latest software and is lightning fast.

Will I own my computer after I complete the program?
Yes. Provided you make all your payments on time as agreed, you will own your computer upon completing the (12) twelve month program, sooner if you choose to make additional payments. This is NOT a rent-to-own or lease program. After you’ve successfully completed the program, the computer is yours and so is the positive credit mark provided you paid accordingly.

Are there any hidden cost or fees?
There are no hidden charges. Your payments include all taxes, shipping and handling fees.

I thought this was a finance program not a layaway program?
Our unique program is a hybrid Layaway and Revolving Charge program. Since we don’t check your credit, we do require our customers to become creditworthy with us by making 5 consecutive weeks worth of layaway payments. Once those payments have posted and your initial layaway and sales order forms have been signed and returned to us, our automated system pre approves you for our financing and then generates and mails out your Revolving Charge Agreement. Once that is signed and returned along with your shipping verification form, we finance the balance of your purchase, ship out your merchandise and start reporting monthly on your behalf to all 3 credit bureaus.

Why are our prices higher?
Guaranteed Consumer Funding, offers a unique service to people that have had a credit problem, may have abused their privilege to be granted credit, or have not yet earned a credit rating. As you know, credit is about a company trusting a consumer to pay back what they owe, as agreed, in the time frame they agreed to. A company is not obligated to grant credit to anyone. When a customer has a history of not paying as agreed, or not honoring their agreements in the past, or has not established a track record- the privilege of being granted credit becomes extremely difficult, if not impossible to obtain because of the implied possible risk.

The result of past credit problems or lack of credit can be overcome. Our company is willing to take a risk on a customer who has shown not to be a good credit risk in the past or has not yet proven themselves creditworthy, but that risk, is reflected in our prices.

We do not compete directly with retail (cash and carry prices). Our program/items are priced between a cash and carry stores (like Circuit City or Best Buy) and a rent-to-own store like Rent-A-Center.

If you are able to pay cash, that is always the way to go. You're likely to get a better deal!

But If you’re not able- Here is where Our program may be beneficial to you in obtaining the products you want and need while helping you build your credit at the same time.

The pricing for our service is very similar to the pricing of some insurance services. If you are a young driver with very little driving experience, or a driver with a lot of violations, accidents or maybe a DUI, you will be expected to pay a much higher rate for your services versus a driver with a flawless record. Our program is very much the same, but with a credit improvement value added service that helps you get back on track.

Can I Suspend or Cancel my Account?
As part of our quality assurance policy, our automated system is designed to perform based upon the information and authorizations you give us. This means that the only way to officially suspend or cancel your account, is to contact our customer care department directly via our Toll Free number 866 747-4119 during customer care business hours. This will allow us to officially document your request, and will also allow us to provide you with a confirmation number and time. Since we are dealing with our automated system that automatically drafts your account, this is the recommended way to implement a suspension or cancellation to ensure our ability to defer or stop your payment plan.

If you choose to suspend or cancel via email. Your request may not be received in a timely manner and may not be recognized and acknowledge at the time of the request. This will result in our customer care department having to call and reconfirm your request again in order to provide you with the confirmation information that we will need to have posted to your account for our quality assurance and you will need for your personal records. This email process could delay our ability to honor your request to defer or stop your payment plan within our system, resulting in an unwanted draft.
